The Tennessee Chill Box introduces the NEW COOL BREEZE TEMPRO SUIT to work in conjunction with the CB8000 Chill Box system and the COOL BREEZ DUAL AIR LINE.

As the environment heats up more rapidly and for longer durations, the human “body thermostat” can maintain a constant temperature by delivering blood to the skin, balancing the heat burden. But when the temperature rises it causes discomfort and affects performance and safety. Once the increased heat levels reach high tolerance, heat related disorders increase. COOL BREEZE TEMPRO SUIT drastically decreases your chances of HOT and HUMID workplace factors and SAVES LIVES.

This thermally protective suit offers superior comfortable wet or dry strength and can be used alone or as a coverall over your exiting Tyvek suit. The strong woven material has a protective coating for durability and comfort.  When the environment calls for exposure to these conditions and warm year round climates, this suit makes the environment more bearable. When used in conjunction with the supplied Cool Breeze Dual Air Line, the suit material acts as a barrier reducing heat and preventing uncomfortable working conditions for the worker. Connections to the CB8000 allows for the system t deliver 92-100 CFM’S of fresh air to the end user. The supplied air line from the Chill Box is split at the end of the line and delivers air to your COOL BREEZE SUIT and your HEAD GEAR, mask, hoods etc. 

 The risk of heat-related illness can vary from person to person. Heat lowers cardiac output in the body directing it towards the skin which allows the increase of blood to be delivered back to muscles. The onset of dehydration can be easily discovered while on the job through high temperatures. The COOL BREEZE SUIT is a Life Saving Suit against these issues.

 HEAT and uncomfortable working conditions and LACK OF ADEQUATE AIR can cause Confusion, Muscle cramps, dizziness and headache. Also, Increased Heart Rate, Fainting, Heatstroke and Exhaustion, Excess sweating, increased irritability, Dehydration, Loss of concentration, and the Loss of the ability to do the job task at hand, affecting performance.

This chemically protected suit is made of a material that is secondary flame resistant, flexible, and comfortable to wear.
