Description

Our NIOSH SYSTEM with 2 HOODS powers your Tennessee Chill Box with a robust hose attachment system (Models N-CB8000-M and N-CB800-H). It requires a 110 V/15 Amp hookup. The compact unit measures 23.5″ H x 15″ D x 19.5″ W and weighs 76 lbs. It also boasts a long-lasting powder coat finish.

Design & Maintenance We engineered this unit to stay sealed and nearly maintenance-free. Users clean and replace a removable, washable filter via the Tennessee Chill Box. This design minimizes downtime and ensures smooth operation.

Airflow & Temperature Control The system delivers 92–100 CFM of fresh air. According to NIOSH guidelines, users should receive 4–6 CFM at the hose end, and our setup meets this requirement. We tested the blower at around 11:00 on the speed control with the AC on. Moreover, you can easily adjust the blower for warmer or cooler air as needed.

Hose Flexibility & Compatibility Users can choose from 50’ or 100’ hose sections or couple them for extended lengths up to 100’ per worker. Our NIOSH hoses measure ¾″ OD, with each 100’ section weighing about 20 lbs. For optimal performance and cooler hose temperatures, allow ample time for the unit and hoses to distribute cool air before use. We recommend using only Allegro-tested masks and hoods.

Safety & Application Place the unit in a non-contaminated space to maximize efficiency. This system meets all NIOSH guidelines and supports tough job applications such as spray foam, sandblasting, painting, and welding. It delivers reliable, consistent air to keep professionals safe on demanding job sites
